Westland District Council wishes to advise you that we will be carrying out stormwater inflow and infiltration inspections of private wastewater drainage during the month of October 2025.
These works will require access onto your property but not inside your house, and will consist of a mix of smoke, dye testing, and CCTV inspections of your wastewater and stormwater drainage system.
A further letter will be delivered prior to the inspections, providing additional details and instructions.
