Westland District Council wish to advise residents that the Council Customer Service Centre has been relocated. From Monday 16 October 2017 onwards, customers will be able to access the Customer Service Centre from the side entrance of the Council building on Weld Street opposite the Clocktower Café and Mountain Jade Backpackers.
The entrance to the Hokitika i-SITE for tourism information and bookings and AA services remains unchanged.
Customers reporting to Council for meetings and information e.g. rates enquiries should use the new Customer Service Centre entrance, open 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Fri.
We believe the separation of the i-SITE and Customer Service Centre will enable us to provide better customer service targeted to the different needs of these user groups. Council apologises for any inconvenience.
