Change in Refuse Collection Days
During the week commencing 5th July 2010 and fortnightly thereafter, the official refuse bag collection will be undertaken on the following days:
| Tuesday | Hampden Street – South & Kaniere |
| Wednesday | Hampden Street – North |
| Thursday | South of Hokitika including Ross |
| Friday | North of Hokitika – Brickfield including Kumara |
This is the same day of the week as the recycling bin collection, which will continue to occur in the alternate weeks to the refuse bag collection.
