that a Host Responsibility Plan is essential for all On, Off and Club Licences.

commits:
itself to liaison with stakeholders at all levels.

recognises:
that as a Statutory Authority, it has administrative obligations towards applicants.

recognises:
the statutory independence of the Inspector of Licensed Premises.

recognises:
the importance of relevant training for General and Club Managers.

recognises:
the community importance of licensed premises in, particularly, the rural areas.
