    To Subdivide land, described as Part Rural Section 2235, into 10 allotments, amalgamated to form six titles, as submitted in plans received 16th February 2009.

    To use land, described as Part Rural Section 2355, to clear 2900 m² of indigenous vegetation. To use land described as proposed lots 1-5 for residential purposes including the erection of a dwelling and ancillary buildings as submitted in amended application and plans received 3rd April 2009.

This information has been received by Council on the 6th of November 2009. It does not constitute a full response to the further information request as clarification of a number of matters has been sought from Hans Bay Developments Ltd.  A copy of the information and Council’s request for clarification is below.

Upon receipt of the final information, Council will set a date for the hearing. It is anticipated that this date will be prior to Christmas or in mid January.
