Forms required to be completed for Residential Building consent application:

A Building Consent is required for all new dwellings, alterations to existing dwellings, garages, sheds and other accessory buildings (farms sheds excluded). If you have any doubt as to whether a refurbishment or maintenance job requires a Building Consent, please contact the Council staff. The following forms are required to be submitted.

• Land Subject to Natural Hazard Application (if applicable)
